Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, and cinnamon.
Spread half of the bread cubes in the baking dish.
Drop spoonfuls of Nutella over the bread cubes.
Top with the remaining bread cubes.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread.
Press down lightly to ensure the bread absorbs the egg mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
For extra flavor, you can add a handful of chocolate chips or chopped nuts.
