Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag tater tots (32 oz)
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Mix in the cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.

Notes:

For a twist, try using different types of cheese or adding some chopped onions.
