taco seasoning

shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning to the pot. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in the cooked spaghetti, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just bake it when you're ready to eat.
