Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb Sausage sliced
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, sausage, and cheese sauce. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into a baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes:

Feel free to add breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
