Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and chili powder. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
