Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 large head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions chopped
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the cauliflower until smooth.
  • Stir in the cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, bacon, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.
