Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the leftover rice, shredded cheese, cooked vegetables, and cooked chicken (if using).
Add the milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
