Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Leftover rice
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup Cooked vegetables Mixed veggies like peas, carrots, and corn
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken Diced, optional
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the leftover rice, shredded cheese, cooked vegetables, and cooked chicken (if using).
  • Add the milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
