Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
4. Stir in the tomato sauce and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
5. In a casserole dish, combine the cooked pasta and the beef mixture. Mix well.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
