Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Season with salt and black pepper, and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more veggies or use a different type of cheese to suit your family's tastes.
