Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Keto-friendly
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Lettuce

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
  • In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture, sour cream, salsa, and shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Top with diced tomatoes and chopped lettuce before serving.
