Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  • Stir in salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  • Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Pour heavy cream over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This casserole is perfect for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
