Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 can Tomato Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, onion, rice, and tomato soup. Mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the mix for extra flavor and nutrition.
