Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, onion, rice, and tomato soup. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
