Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, chopped jalapenos, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
For extra heat, leave the seeds in the jalapenos. You can also top with extra cheese or bacon before baking.
