Ingredients:

  • 4 cups mashed potatoes prepared
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 4 jalapenos chopped
  • 1/2 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, chopped jalapenos, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

For extra heat, leave the seeds in the jalapenos. You can also top with extra cheese or bacon before baking.
