Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Boil potatoes in a pot until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return to pot.
  • Mash potatoes with milk, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic until smooth.
  • Spread mashed potatoes in a baking dish. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and golden, about 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot.

Notes:

For a creamier texture, you can add more milk or a dollop of sour cream.
