Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Boil potatoes in a pot until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return to pot.
Mash potatoes with milk, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic until smooth.
Spread mashed potatoes in a baking dish. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and golden, about 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
Notes:
For a creamier texture, you can add more milk or a dollop of sour cream.
