Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
In a baking dish, layer the toasted bread slices, turkey, and bacon. Pour the cheese sauce over the top.
Top with tomato slices and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
