Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 8 oz Egg Noodles uncooked
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 10.5 oz can
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles, ground turkey, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, frozen peas, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrition.
