Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles, ground turkey, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, frozen peas, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrition.
