Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Tortilla chips crushed

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir well.
  • In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture, black beans, salsa, and half of the shredded cheese.
  • Top with crushed tortilla chips and the remaining cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or chopped cilantro.
