Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine the cooked pasta and the beef mixture in a baking dish. Mix well.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just bake it when you're ready to eat.
