Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Green Chili diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 8 oz Enchilada Sauce
  • 12 pieces Corn Tortillas

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add diced green chili and chopped onion to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
  • Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Layer corn tortillas, beef mixture, cheese, and enchilada sauce. Repeat layers.
  • Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more spices or adjust the ingredients to your taste.
