Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add diced green chili and chopped onion to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer corn tortillas, beef mixture, cheese, and enchilada sauce. Repeat layers.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
