Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, cooked macaroni, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
