Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups Diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups Elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, cooked macaroni, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
