Ingredients:

  • 4 fillets Flounder
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each flounder fillet in milk, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the coated fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
