Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Fish heads cleaned
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine onions, garlic, tomatoes, coconut milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the fish heads in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until the fish heads are cooked through.
  • Serve hot with rice or bread.
