Enchilada sauce

crushed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water according to packet instructions. Simmer until thickened.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, enchilada sauce, and half of the shredded cheese.
Layer half of the crushed Doritos in the bottom of a baking dish.
Spread the beef mixture over the Doritos layer.
Top with the remaining crushed Doritos and shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole if desired.
