Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
  • 2 cups Dairy-Free Cheese shredded
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips crushed

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir well to combine.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the black beans, corn, and beef mixture.
  • Spread a layer of crushed tortilla chips on the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Layer the beef mixture over the chips, then top with dairy-free cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite toppings like avocado, jalapeños, or fresh cilantro.
