Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Bread preferably stale
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 2. Grease a baking dish with a bit of oil or dairy-free butter.
  • 3. Cut the bread into cubes and place them in the baking dish.
  • 4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  • 5. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are well coated.
  • 6. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the mixture.
  • 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  • 8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
