Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Grease a baking dish with a bit of oil or dairy-free butter.
3. Cut the bread into cubes and place them in the baking dish.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
5. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are well coated.
6. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the mixture.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
