Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and place the bread cubes in it.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are soaked.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the custard is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
For a richer flavor, let the bread soak in the custard mixture overnight in the refrigerator before baking.
