Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning to the beef according to the packet instructions. Stir well.
In a baking dish, layer 3 tortillas to cover the bottom.
Spread refried beans over the tortillas, followed by the seasoned beef, sour cream, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of tortillas and a sprinkle of cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add any of your favorite toppings like jalapeños or guacamole.
