Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1 can Refried Beans
  • 6 large Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning to the beef according to the packet instructions. Stir well.
  • In a baking dish, layer 3 tortillas to cover the bottom.
  • Spread refried beans over the tortillas, followed by the seasoned beef, sour cream, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
  • Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of tortillas and a sprinkle of cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add any of your favorite toppings like jalapeños or guacamole.
