Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans Crescent Rolls
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture. Stir until well combined.
  • Unroll one can of crescent rolls and press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  • Pour the beef mixture over the crescent roll layer.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
  • Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place over the cheese layer.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite veggies to the beef mixture for extra flavor and nutrition.
