Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lump crab meat
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs for topping
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and dry mustard. Mix well.
  • Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break up the lumps.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the melted butter. Sprinkle over the crab mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  • Serve hot.

Notes:

For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the mixture.
