cabbage, chopped

leek, cleaned and sliced

milk

butter
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Boil the potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash.
3. In a skillet, sauté the leeks and cabbage in butter until tender.
4. Combine the mashed potatoes, sautéed leeks and cabbage, and milk in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
Notes:
This dish is perfect for a cozy family dinner. Serve with a side of sausages or corned beef for a complete meal.
