  • 1 head Cauliflower riced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
