Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 2 cups apples peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish.
  • Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and spread them evenly in the dish.
  • Sprinkle the chopped apples over the cinnamon rolls.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples and cinnamon rolls.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls and apples.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  • Drizzle the reserved icing from the cinnamon rolls over the top before serving.

Notes:

Best served warm. You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top for extra indulgence.
