Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish.
Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and spread them evenly in the dish.
Sprinkle the chopped apples over the cinnamon rolls.
Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples and cinnamon rolls.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls and apples.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
Drizzle the reserved icing from the cinnamon rolls over the top before serving.
Notes:
Best served warm. You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top for extra indulgence.
