Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the butternut squash, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the squash is tender and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
