Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Boudin sausage casing removed
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz can
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the boudin sausage, cooked rice, shredded cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is great for leftovers and can be easily reheated.
