Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 medium Potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the beef broth, salt, and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes. Pour half of the beef mixture over the potatoes. Repeat with the remaining potatoes and beef mixture.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
