Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can tomato soup (10.75 oz)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.75 oz)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix well.
  • Add the uncooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is great for leftovers and can be easily reheated in the microwave or oven.
