Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 3 cups Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 can Tomato sauce 15 oz
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cooked rice, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Layer the sliced zucchini in the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Spread the beef and rice mixture over the zucchini.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
