Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cooked rice, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Layer the sliced zucchini in the bottom of a baking dish.
Spread the beef and rice mixture over the zucchini.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
