Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Velveeta cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add cooked chicken or vegetables for a heartier meal.
