Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the chopped cabbage for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, sauté the onions, carrots, and garlic until tender.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked cabbage, sautéed vegetables, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
