Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt.
Place the cubed bread in a baking dish and pour the mixture over the bread, making sure all pieces are soaked.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
For extra flavor, add some fresh berries or a sprinkle of powdered sugar on top before serving.
