Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Stale Bread cubed
  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt.
  • Place the cubed bread in a baking dish and pour the mixture over the bread, making sure all pieces are soaked.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

For extra flavor, add some fresh berries or a sprinkle of powdered sugar on top before serving.
