Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chopped onion and shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture and stir well.
  • Fold in the frozen tater tots until they are well coated with the mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add cooked ground beef or bacon for extra flavor.
