Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add cauliflower rice, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes.
Stuff the bell peppers with the beef mixture and place them in a baking dish.
Top each stuffed pepper with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
Notes:
Feel free to use ground turkey or chicken as a substitute for ground beef.
