Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 whole Bell Peppers tops cut off and seeds removed
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cauliflower Rice
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add cauliflower rice, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Stuff the bell peppers with the beef mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  • Top each stuffed pepper with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.

Notes:

Feel free to use ground turkey or chicken as a substitute for ground beef.
