Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables or spices to taste.
