Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
