Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Simmer for a few minutes until the mixture is well combined and heated through.
Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Top with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
You can add some chopped bell peppers or mushrooms to the beef mixture for extra flavor and veggies.
