Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can Tomato sauce 15 oz
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes 15 oz
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tube Refrigerated biscuit dough 16 oz

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  • Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Place biscuit dough pieces on top of the cheese layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite veggies or spices to the mix!
