shredded cheddar cheese

cooked rice

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onions are translucent.
4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, cooked rice, frozen peas, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or corn for extra flavor and nutrition.
