Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup wild rice
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the wild rice according to package instructions.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shrimp, celery, onion, bell pepper, chicken broth, and half of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more veggies or spices to suit your taste.
