Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the bell peppers, onion, and garlic until softened.
Combine the sausage, sautéed vegetables, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning in a baking dish.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust the seasoning to your taste.
