Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage casings removed
  • 1 head Cauliflower riced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the riced cauliflower to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers or spinach.
