Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 lb Salmon Fillet cooked and flaked
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, flaked salmon, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
